Strands: I am a food addict trying to learn what is right and wrong for my body. Over the next few months, I will be learning about food, where it comes from, and why I should eat it (or why shouldn't I). Join me on this adventure through the produce section of my grocery store as well as the local farmer's markets to learn about the food available and what a colorful world it really is out there. Oh and don't mind me as I dance along to the tune in my head as I find my way out of the land of the lost or bad food.
